Enjoy a Yoga Day Retreat
Heart Connection Natural Therapies offers an escape from the daily hustle and bustle of city life. Our yoga day retreats are pamper sessions dedicated to ease tension, and unwind the body and soul.
We offer three types of yoga sessions during the retreat, including hatha flow yoga, yin yoga, and restorative yoga.
Types of Yoga
Hatha Flow Yoga
Hatha flow yoga is traditional yoga, the practise of physical poses and postures, and it is the most common form of yoga in the western world, and it will leave you feeling looser, and more relaxed.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga’s origins are Taoist, and focuses on a passive, seated form of yoga. The key focus here is aimed at the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Poses are held for 1 to 10 minutes, encouraging a feeling of release.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is all about healing the body, mind, and soul, and poses can be kept for up to 20 minutes. Restorative yoga focuses more on relaxing, and poses are often supported by pillows or straps.

Immerse yourself in a day of going within, stretching, releasing and creating flexibility with 3 classes; hatha flow, yin and restorative yoga.
